Hello! We understand that sometimes what you bought just isn't a perfect fit - and that is OK. We appreciate your business and your satisfaction comes first.

Should you have an issue with any merchandise purchased, please read and follow the steps below and we will be happy to assist you.

Q: Do you accept returns?

Yes, of course! We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. The refunds will be issued to your original form of payment method and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Returns must be received in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.

Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Original shipping is non-refundable.

 

Q: How do I make a return?

We aim to make every purchase perfect, but understand if you need to return your merchandise.

For all eligible returns, you can request a return shipping label by emailing returns@sominx.com and including the following information: (1) your order number, and (2) the items you wish to return. 

Please note: Please note: $6.99 will be deducted from the total refund to cover return shipping.

Your returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt and you will be notified of your refund status via email. 
 

Q: Can I make an exchange instead?

Yes! We'd be happy to help you with your exchange. To exchange eligible merchandise, please email us at exchanges@sominx.com and follow the instructions below: 

A. Please include these details in your email to exchanges@sominx.com: 
(1) Your full name
(2) Order number
(3) The item(s) you are returning
(4) The item(s), size, and color you want in exchange
 
B. A Client Care specialist will create an order for the new item(s) you would like to receive in exchange and will send you a free shipping label to return your items. You will be charged for the difference in cost of the new merchandise (if applicable). 

C. Your new items will be dispatched as soon as we receive notification that your returned items are on the way to our warehouse. Shipping is on us when you use the return label provided by sominx client care!

 

Q: How long will it take to get my refund?

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. We won't leave you hanging!
