Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We make shipping easy when you shop with sominx. For domestic orders, just spend $50, before tax, and you'll receive free U.S. ground shipping services.For orders under $50, we offer flat rate ground shipping for $6.99.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We work with reliable shippers and negotiate the best rates for our customers. Enter your information at checkout to see the rates available to you.Q: When will my order ship?
We aim to ship your package within 48 hours of receiving your order. A notification will be sent to the email address used during checkout. When your order has shipped -- tracking information, as well as complete order information, will be included.Q: Do you offer free return shipping?
We offer free return shipping for exchanges only. To return your item, with or without an exchange, please see the Returns & Exchanges section below for more information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: Do you accept returns?
Yes, of course! We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment method and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Returns must be received in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Q: How do I make a return?
We aim to make every purchase perfect, but understand if you need to return your merchandise.For all eligible returns, you can request a return shipping label by emailing returns@sominx.com and including the following information: (1) your order number, and (2) the item(s) you wish to return.
Please note: $6.99 will be deducted from the total refund to cover return shipping.
Your returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt and you will be notified of your refund status via email.
Q: Can I make an exchange instead?

If you checked out as a guest, you will receive notification via email when your order has shipped and another notification when your order has been delivered.
